The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, 2005 -effective 1 October, 2006 – replaced all previous fire regulations and laws – fire certificates are now a thing of the past and will need to be replaced with an up to date fire risk assessment.

Fire Risk Assessments  are a totally independent specialist survey company with network of qualified assessors operating throughout the UK. Our surveyors include Members of the Institute of Fire Engineers (MIFireE), Graduates of the Institute of Fire Engineers (GIFireE), the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM) and all are trained to standards approved by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers.

We have talented and experienced fire risk assessors who between them can cover the UK. This has enabled us to successfully undertake national contracts, and to achieve high quality and consistency.

There are companies who will provide a "free" fire risk assessment, so long as the resulting “shopping list” of items required is supplied, fitted and maintained by them.

We do not specify, design, install or maintain any fire safety equipment or systems. We think that most clients want an authoritative, unbiased, professional fire risk assessment of what is required so that they can move forward to get any necessary work done, from a position of relative strength.
